She has successfully led major initiatives including HR transformations, post-acquisition integrations, HRIS implementations, compensation restructuring, and compliance audits—consistently delivering measurable improvements such as cost savings and increased operational efficiency.
An engaging and effective facilitator, Cynthia has developed and delivered training programs for supervisors, managers, and leadership teams on topics such as employee relations, conflict resolution, compliance, performance management, and leadership development.
