Salvatore LoDico

Salvatore LoDico is known as The HR GodfatherTM because of his comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources Management. He has been the CEO of Trinity HR Consulting, Inc., which he founded twelve years ago, and is an award-winning authority in the field of Human Resources Management. Prior to founding Trinity HR, Salvatore served for twenty-five plus years as the chief HR executive in multiple industries, including aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, and consulting services. In his corporate career, he had also served as Vice President of finance for a $1B+ family-owned company. In his corporate experience, he had executive level responsibility for multiple non-HR functions. These were Legal Services, Regulatory Compliance, Government Relations, Community & Public Relations, Insurance, Real Estate, Procurement, and Chaplaincy Services. These responsibilities served to broaden and enhance his overall business acumen, making him a valuable resource for CEOs, business owners, and executives on a wide range of challenges and opportunities. Salvatore has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management & a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and attained certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. He has been a lecturer at universities, a featured speaker at conferences, an instructor for online webinars and a leader of numerous training/development programs for teams and individuals ranging from executives to entry level. He also serves as a member of the HR Management Advisory Board for Wilmington University (Delaware), and previously served on the Career Services Advisory Council at Cedarville University (Ohio).
